Manda La top is a series of 108 buddhist stupa that have been built in a circle, on the top of mountain in Arunachal Pradesh.

It is one of the kind place where Om Mani Padme Hum is inscribed on 108 stupas. Buddhist stupa is a religious monument, which is built for a loved one or to keep religious books and do prayer.
So here is a complete guide to 108 Mandal Top/Mane in Arunachal Pradesh

Where is Manda la top and How to reach

Manda la Top is perched at an altitude of 10,000 ft and so you will quickyl feel the altitude once you reach. It is approx 30 km from main city but the entire route is serpentine and Bumpy road. It should take not more than an hour to reach.

There are no buses that could take you to the top, it is better to hire a local taxi. The entire route is windy , beautiful and bumpy at the same time.

Entry timing and Fee

Mandala Top is open 24 hrs but its better to visit in daytime before sunet. Due to the high altitude, its always windy and cold and by the evening, entire place is covered with clouds. We reached at top around 11 AM and by 2 PM it started getting cloudy and windy.

What to see and do near by

Click a picture with 108 Mane board and enjoy tea and maggi in cafe at Mandala Top. While descending back from Mandal Top, you will come across one more cafe, which has the must try momos.

Don’t listen to what they, go and see it**
