Jibhi is one of the most serene and offbeat destinations in Himachal Pradesh. The small town of Jibhi is in the Banjar valley and is tucked away from the outside world. Its is located at an altitude of 1600 meter.

Why to visit Jibhi

If you are the kind of person who needs some peaceful time away from town life then Jibhi is for you. If you want to drive through the roads alongside the river, surrounded by vast mountains then Jibhi is for you. Check out the video of the homestay I stayed at and the beautiful view from my room.

There is no commercialization at this place, just sit in the lap of nature, listen to the sound of the river. Do some treks, enjoy a couple of waterfalls, and visit Jalori pass. If this is all you expect, Jibhi is definitely the perfect destination for you.

What to do- Sightseeing and much more

Tirthan River

Mighty Tirthan river will not leave your way during the entire trip. Beautiful landscape with roads alongside the river, surrounded with dense forest are some of the most beautiful and to be treasured views during your trip. Spend some time at the Tirthan river, soak into the beauty around you. Click some of the memorable pictures at the riverside.

Jibhi waterfall

Jibhi waterfall is a must-visit on day one of your trip. Though the waterfall is not such huge, the walk up to the waterfall will leave you spellbound. Numerous water streams flowing, wooden bridges connecting the streams, and dense forests is what make this place unique.

Drive from Mandi to Jibhi

The route from Mandi to Jibhi is truly spectacular. The entire route passes alongside the Tirthan river, surrounded by dense forests. The color of the Tirthan river at someplace will be surprising Emerald. You will definitely enjoy driving through these roads.

Jalori paas

Located 100 km from Kullu, Jalori pass is positioned away from the hustle-bustle of the city. Trekking on this beautiful trail takes you to Seyloskar lake, GHNP, Lambri, Bashleo, and many more.

Jalori pass is a high mountain pass elevated at the height of 10.282 ft above sea level, situated in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. If you start the journey from Kullu, you will witness places like Banjar -> Ghiyagi -> Shoja -> Jalori pass. If you have any doubt in planning a trip and need to know how I planned mine, connect with me on Instagram.

Trek to Seyloskar Lake

Trek to Seyloskar lake starts from Jalori Paas. The views from Jalori pass are totally breathtaking, the entire landscape is covered with pine trees with snow-covered mountains in the backdrop. The last patch to the lake passes through the thick wall of snow on both sides. You are sure to fall in love with this place.
